1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (the Terms) set out the conditions for using Cosmonian (the Site), including its English pages under /en/. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. The Japanese version of the Site is governed by its own Japanese terms; where the two differ for the English pages, this English version applies.

2. Nature of the results

The 12 Star People test, the starseed pages, and every other reading on the Site are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, scientific, financial, or legal advice, and they are not a diagnosis of any kind.

Results are generated from the pattern in a birthday, following a traditional way of reading character. Please do not use them as the basis for important decisions about your health, relationships, money, or work. If you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Intellectual property

All text, illustrations, characters, design, and other content on the Site belong to the Site operator or to their rightful owners. Copying, reposting, or modifying the content without permission is not allowed.

Sharing your result on social media, with a link back to the Site, is welcome.

4. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, or alter the Site's content without permission;
• interfere with the operation of the Site, including automated scraping at a scale that burdens it;
• infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
• use the Site in a way that breaks the law or public order.

5. Affiliate links and third-party services

Some pages on the Site may contain affiliate links to third-party services. When they do, they are labeled as such. If you buy something through one of these links, the Site operator may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Any purchase, reading, or subscription you make with a third party is a contract between you and that third party. The Site operator is not responsible for their services, billing, or content.
